School Curriculum

There are 17 school in Ashgabat and the Akhal Velayat that were selected by the Ministry of Education for a pilot project on the implementation of a new school curriculum involving Reproductive Health. At the same time work began to develop a handbook designed to assist biology teachers in the teaching of reproductive health. The following topics were developed:

• Culture and Society (Basic information and understanding of goals of the healthy generation subject)
• Personal Habits
• Puberty
• Types of relationships
• How to behave yourself (Moral Behavior)
• Care about next generation in the family
• Ways of Protecting health of the generation
